Michael Jordan and Jordan Lopass announced their first partnership liaison station Wednesday for a $100 million commitment to combat systemic racism in the United States.

Jordan Brand will donate $1 directly to the NAACP, Inc. Legal Defense and Education Fund (LDF) and the Previously Imprisoned and Convicted Persons and Families Movement (FICPFM) and $500,000 to Black Voters Matter.

The announcement included a message from Jordan saying:

“I fully agree with Jordan Brand, Jordan’s circle of relatives and our partners, who express a commitment to taking over the old inequalities that continue to affect black communities in the United States. There is a long wave of oppression against black Americans who share full participation in American society. We perceive that the main tactics for moving systemic racism is to vote. We know it will take time to create the replenishment we want, however, we are temporarily running to act for the voice of blacks to be heard. “
