Blackpink released Born Pink, their second album, in September 2022, and K-pop’s sensational female organization has milked it for everything it’s worth, from a historic headlining performance at Coachella 2023 to their international Born Pink tour. However, the Born Pink era has rarely ended.
On Thursday, June 20, Blackpink announced Blackpink World Tour [Born Pink] In Cinemas, an upcoming concert film to celebrate Blackpink’s 8th anniversary.
According to a press release, “Trafalgar Releasing and CJ 4DPlex are proud to bring the record-breaking Born Pink [World] excursion to big screens around the world this summer. Relive the live performances that captivated 1. 8 million fans and reached the global Top 10 of the year. Blackpink World Tour [Born Pink] in theaters will have limited screenings starting July 31, once again featuring the highest-grossing tour through an Asian organization and a women’s organization in history. Fans can enjoy even more screenings in special ScreenX, 4DX and ULTRA 4DX formats.
The official confirms that global tickets will go on sale starting June 27 at 8 a. m. m. PT and at 11 a. m. m. ET. Korean tickets will go on sale on July 17. You can sign up to receive updates here.
