Grand Rapids could host a presidential debate, Trump says

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Grand Rapids could be the setting for a 2024 presidential debate between former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kalama Harris.

Trump posted this on his social media platform Truth Social on Saturday night.

FOX 17 has reached out to the Harris-Walz group, who confirm that Harris agreed to have the Sept. 4 debate on FOX News. We’re also told that the long-term debates will depend on whether Trump attends the debate scheduled for Sept. 10 and hosted through ABC. The crusade says it is open to having talks about those long-term discussions before Sept. 10.
