Warner Bros. Discovery has likely eliminated Cartoon Network in its latest attempt to shore up its massive library and trove of Max subscribers.
Cartoon Network’s website has hosted several exhibitions and music videos in the past, with full episodes of Adventure Time, Teen Titans GO!and several other classics and animated series. Now, the online page features a message inviting users to stream Cartoon Network systems on Max.

Sign up for Max, where you can also create a kid-friendly profile with rating restrictions and additional privacy protections to keep it fun and kid-friendly!”Read the message.
A Cartoon Network spokesperson told Entertainment Weekly: “We are focused on Cartoon Network screens and social media where we see consumers are more engaged and there is potential for expansion. ” »
The spokesperson also noted that Cartoon Network programming can still be streamed through connected apps and cable TV, where enthusiasts can “enjoy 11 hours of their favorite Cartoon Network series from 6 a. m. to five p. m. ” each and every day. “
This comes just days after Warner Bros. Discovery also shut down the Boomerang streaming service, which featured older animated series like Scooby-Doo, Looney Tunes, Tom and Jerry, The Flintstones, and Courage the Cowardly Dog.
The Boomerang app also includes a message for which it is indexed on Cartoon Network’s website.
